1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CreatorKit ("the Service"), operated by CreatorKit, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CreatorKit provides AI-powered tools for content creators, including video idea generation, script writing, thumbnail design, SEO optimization, and related features. The Service is provided on a subscription and credit-based basis, with Free, Creator, and Pro plans as described on our pricing page.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service, using either an email/password or a supported third-party sign-in (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Credits and Subscriptions
Access to certain features consumes "credits," which are allocated based on your plan and reset on a periodic basis as described in your plan details. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor, Stripe, until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses third-party AI models to generate ideas, scripts, thumbnails, and other content based on your inputs. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it, including for copyright, trademark, or platform-policy compliance.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the terms of service of platforms such as YouTube. You agree not to attempt to circumvent credit limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.
7. Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you generate using the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will meet your expectations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorKit, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
